Yes. The Integrative Health Assessment is the starting point for every client I work with. This provides the bloodwork foundation and priority roadmap that informs all subsequent recommendations.

The Comprehensive Wellness Program builds on these findings with additional functional testing and ongoing support. Most clients naturally progress from the Assessment to the full Program based on their results, but some get the clarity they need from the Assessment and choose to implement recommendations independently.
